No Sugar Coating

Your life is a sum total of what you do. You think growing up is about “thinking it out day by day” until you reach a pinnacle feeling of thought and its NOT!

You will never feel the comfort you so deeply desire for longer than the time it takes to realize that it has already happened. Therefore, you will always desire. Listen and observe your desires. Stop sitting on your ass and waiting for it. It is a harsh truth, but one when accepted can open the doors to accepting and wielding true reality. It’s time to take the actions necessary. Thought is only useful in terms of what you DO with that thought. Thoughts are momentary rigid projections of an abstract world. Thoughts translate to action, which fail or succeed, internalizing into wisdom. Wisdom comes from experience and trust in yourself to handle all environments. Go out and do what you know you need to be doing. Be humble not haughty; Nobody is perfect and the world can be vicious, but live by principles and don’t be afraid to fail in order to find them. The best lessons never come the easiest.

This life is not about you, but your surroundings. We are blessed with the beauty of free will in absolute abundance. Therefore, we have the ability to create our personal reality through manipulation of our sensory environment. Furthermore, it is our duty and obligation to create a species willing to bring people together to feel belonged and respected. Life is about the fellow mans’ prosperity and the unity of evolution as a species. Everything else is fantasy land! The bank of ideas that could be, will be, or won’t be! Thoughtville! Your personal town of inspiration in your head! This world is your playground, but it is your responsibility to either lead a movement or function as a member of the people in the real world to reap the benefits.

We all give our own definitions of what life we feel is the most worthy and rationalize our own behaviors constantly… But what if we asked ourselves more often what the ideal me is and began to take critical steps to get there. Respect is earned through mutual understanding. We must honor and respect our own principles as to anchor our stance, but must be willing to learn from behaviors that have benefits we do not possess. We must have no tolerance for selfish behavior (in ourselves and others). It is imperative to come to a mutual agreement upon that which is necessary to thrive as a collection of individuals. With this understanding, we influence not only our own life, but the ones around us, positively.

We must provide for ourselves so as not to burden those that do provide for their own weight in responsibility.  Therefore, we also have a duty to keep our loved ones and those around us from parasitic behavior or anything else parasitic for that matter. Assess the parasitic behavior until recognized and an understanding is created to reduce. Continue until group efforts are all on par and above. I believe we are driven by social behavior and over time can learn to adopt successful principles of those around us. Life sometimes sucks. Deal with it. Get over it. Make it better. It is how we deal with the tough times that shows us who we really are. There is no courage without fear. It is the conquering of your fear that makes you powerful. I once heard a quote that said, “if you feel like you’re in hell, keep going.” I’m sure most of you can relate to that feeling. This is for all those who have ever felt the lowest of the lows and made it out. Keep moving forward. Your will to live is enough.

Love, Jake

Late Night Thoughts

What does it mean to be a good man?

A good man takes action and is proud of the actions he takes. The idea that you are not enough is false. You are everything you need to be and should be that boldly with every waking moment. A good man embodies his ideas and passions. Your mind is what makes you a warrior. You are as good as you tell yourself you are. The mind is so strong that whatever it believes to be true, it will manifest and prove to be correct in reality.

Question everything, but first, yourself. You are your problem and you are your solution.

Define God

Never live by another man’s ideals. Live by what guides you.

I never claim to be religious, but there is something I do know. I know there is something that’s higher than the realm of our comprehension as humans that continuously communicates with us directly on a subconscious and conscious level. There is a spiritual light that flows deep from within us that pushes us to see, feel, question, and understand the world around us.

Tune Into The Universe

How much do you enjoy living? What does that even mean?

I believe there are critical questions that are circling around our brain that come from a deep, subconscious level. I like to sit back and examine these as they seem to manifest consciously in a place of less stimulation and distraction.

What type of environment are you in? What noise and frequencies are being given off?

Let the feeling of your present surroundings enter your consciousness…

Ask yourself, how does the environment outside feel? What type of people are around you and how do they feel? Is there a lot of nature around you or not enough? Are the birds singing? Can you feel the harmony or chaos? Notice your proclivity to move on to the next idea as your brain wanders for an answer to your deepest inner QUESTIONS. Now feel outside yourself and view yourself from 10 feet above you staring down at yourself…

Why am I alive?

What do I look like and what type of bacteria am I?

Am I blossoming or rotting? What does it mean to be human?

Am I a good example of this? Breathe.

Do the foods you eat make you feel more alive and more vibrant?

Do you look in the mirror and say, “Wow, you really have outdone yourself with how well you are taking care of yourself”?

If not, think about a time where you REALLY did feel that way. Think of a time where you felt happy to be alive, feeling free and accepted, and you could honestly look yourself in the mirror and feel loved by yourself and the Creator who wonderfully sculpted you out of the universe into existence. Maybe you haven’t felt that but you can and it’s free! The problem for the industry is that when we realize that we all have access to this sense of peace and happiness through soul searching and mindful awareness, we stop consuming things that empty our soul and buying useless material items.

Some sell God. Some sell finding love. Some sell alcohol and good times. In the end, what we all just want is to find our happy place. Whether that be changing the whole word, becoming a mother, becoming rich, becoming a world record holder, or just to give love and be loved, we are all striving for a place where we have reached our purpose in our lives. In a world filled with distractions and fake ideologies, we need to clear all our ideas of what we think the world looks like. Media will consistently spread the world’s baggage onto you, but that’s only a frequency that you are letting in from another place. It is another world that’s being fabricated/implanted into your conscious being. We are open antennas that have the ability to gather information through building neuron by neuron and memory to memory. Our brains, then, attach to patterns through our attention span. You only have so much capacity for care, use it on the ones or things you actually care about.

The thing is, it will never be NOT NOW and we must be grateful of that. Although it will always be now, now moves on from fleeting moment to fleeting moment. The present moment is the fire in your heart and passion in your mind exuding out into the universe. That feeling of now attaching to your body is the divine nature of your attachment to this beautiful playout of life. You can make any decisions you so choose and believe in any ideology you desire. You just need to remember to ask yourself, “Is this good for me?” If I were outside of myself using all of my knowledge to study myself as a human and make the correct moves, what would I be doing? Ask yourself.

What would my mind/body be consuming?

What would I be saying and what message would I be spreading to my surroundings?

How AM I affecting my surroundings?

Am I getting so lost in attaining a happy place in my head that I have forgotten how to truly conceptualize my presence as a frequency?

We need to remember that we are like antennas in this world of frequencies and light. Don’t play around with darkness or negative energy. Conjure up your inner light. Charge that bad boy up and rev your engine with as much positivity as you can! Be good to you. Love you. Treat thyself with dignity and respect. You are not only a body, but a trinity between spirit, body, and mind. The spirit is where your soul speaks/comes from, your mind is what defines you and your happy place, and the body is a mixture of God’s artwork and whatever you decide to attach to that. At the end of the day, there is no escaping your body or mind. Your soul will live on forever, but you are temporarily renting this vehicle from the universe. Treat it well. Let the light in. Don’t be scared to feel your surroundings. Conjure up a mindset that fills you with love and light. Let go of your distractions and stimulation. Tune in with the universe.

The Truth About Honest Acceptance

Finding a deeper understanding of yourself takes a willingness to see that which you do not openly address. Suppress your urge to express thoughts/observations before letting them absorb into your own knowledge.  It’s time to let go of the need to be listened to and start listening to yourself. Peace of mind comes from an open-minded, honest assessment and full accountability process of yourself. Prioritize time wisely. Figure out what you have to do vs. what you want to do vs. what you actually do.

Assessing yourself honestly will not only allow you to stay on track, but to guide the vessel well enough to have time to look for new roads. A true analysis of one’s self can be uncomfortable to see that which you hope to not find. This is a necessary part of growth, as it will allow you to express yourself more fluidly, and your intentions will become more clear. Stay open to positive guidance.

Psychedelics – being such a useful neutropic on the brain – could guide you to a deeper accountability process.

No man finds true acceptance in denial.

Never Forget The Unfathomable

Never forget that you are a constantly evolving species on a planet that is only as understandable as your life has allowed you to fathom. Never lose your sense of wonder in the universe and to always enjoy the journey.

Love comes from within; a deep appreciation of your senses and a curiosity towards life. We tend to lose this as we age. We tend to assume that life is some concrete fluid type of rhythm instead of seeing it for the imaginative world of what is. Since birth, our automatic response systems are reaching towards understanding with a deep curiosity for what is and what can be.

Never forget that the man/woman that you will be at the end of your days, is not a fathomable place of your current understanding. Coincidences and changes are inevitable. A strive for understanding will be unavoidable. A life that is valued is a life worth fighting for. Your will to live is instinctual. First you learn to survive, then you learn to thrive.
